Sammy Nova is a pit boss at the Venetian Casino. He handles a lot of shifts, and is the most experienced employed at the Casino. He's been working there since he was 22, and started out as a Bartender. He's happy in middle management, though he could have advanced further up the chain of employment, he prefers to stay on the floor, where the action is.

• 19 December 2007 (RL: March 17 2008) : Just before Christmas (IC), Sammy is introduced in a scene where Jules and Chandler visit the Venetian Casino to investigate the kidnapping and murder of Johnny Pratt and the kidnapping of his brother, Lucien Pratt (NPCs). It is revealed in this scene that Sammy is very protective of the casino, doesn't like to over extend himself to the cops, but does follow their requests to the letter, and the detectives inferred he might have once had a relationship with Mrs. Pratt, the mother of the Pratt brothers.
