"Let them hate, so long as they fear."
Name: Randall Sidd
Age: Thirties
Origins:
Officer Randall "Randy" Sidd is a police officer in his thirties, having served and protected in Las Vegas since his decision to skip college. His superiors have received just enough incident reports during promotion periods to deny him too much elevation in the force, but not enough to make a paper trail for his dismissal. Most of the incidents end up being benign, lost in the paper trail, or lost altogether; the rest of them are overlooked out of disinterest in one man.
When not representing Las Vegas' finest in uniform, Randy can be found at any number of watering holes perpetuating the belief that cops are prone to alcoholism.
Faction: LVMPD

Fun Fact: The word "brutality" has several meanings; the derivative of it assigned to savage cruelty was first used in 1633. The first known use of the term "police brutality" was in the New York Times in 1893, describing a police officer's beating of a civilian. Portions of the population may perceive the police to be oppressors. In addition, there is a perception that victims of police brutality often belong to relatively powerless groups, such as minorities, the disabled, the young, and the poor.
