Laurell K. Hamilton holds a lot of copyrights. We respect her copyrights. If you see anything here that you believe violates her copyrights, please inform Staff.
Fair Use
Regardless of whether the law recognizes Fair Use exceptions to copyrights, the MUSH policy is none of her original text may be used.
Trademark
She holds trademarks in several words and phrases, such as "Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter". We respect her trademarks and do not wish to see them diluted. Our use of her trademarked terms is not a challenge to her trademarks, nor does it imply her sanction. We aim to use her trademarked terms only for identification purposes. If you find a trademarked term being used in an infringing way, please inform Staff.
Canon characters
She has exclusive rights to the characters she has created in her novels. None of her characters will ever appear in play. In our game universe Anita, Edward, Richard, Jean-Claude and the rest don't even exist.
